Vaila is a curated marketplace for independent fashion designers. We built the full platform from scratch: vendor onboarding, product management, a buyer-facing storefront, Stripe Connect for split payments, and an admin panel for curation and moderation. The platform supports multiple vendors from a single tenant with complete financial isolation.

The challenge
The founders had a validated concept but no technical team. They needed a production-ready platform with split payments, a vendor dashboard, and a buyer experience that felt premium enough for a fashion audience.
What we built
We built a multi-tenant Next.js platform with Stripe Connect for automatic payment splitting, a vendor dashboard for product and order management, and a curated buyer storefront with editorial layouts. Role-based access separates vendor, buyer, and admin workflows.
The outcome
Launched with 12 founding designers and sold out the first editorial drop within 48 hours. The platform processed over £30k in gross merchandise value in its first month of operation.
